IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Top Dollar stands about 5'10" and dresses in a style that would be identified as Victorian Gothic. He has exceptionally long, straight dark hair, and chiseled, masculine features. His body language and manner of speech suggest something a lot less formal than his appearance suggests, however. His voice is low and gravelly, and he speaks with a noticeable country twang. He bathes regularly and probably smells like incense.
•DEMEANOR: Despite his position, when he's not about to snap at somebody he seems pretty casual and comfortable on his own turf. "Swagger" was the best word for it before it became modern code for douchebag. All that said, however, he's not "open," in terms of demeanor. He obviously keeps some things to himself.
•ABILITIES: Top Dollar has no superhuman abilities, but he is an able fighter with both firearms and multiple types of blades. He is not classically trained in the use of any weapon, but is rather well accustomed to handling himself in multiple forms of combat -- almost as though this were his default state of being. Mentally, he can measure the space he has to fight and his opponent's body language, feel out how a weapon balances in his hands and how much room he has to maneuver it, and anticipate further attacks. Years at the top does not seem to have dimmed his skills, either. In fact, being constantly separated from the lifestyle that elevated him to the point he is now has sharpened his impulses slightly from a fundamental desire to be active again, which makes him less predictable in combat. Sheer anticipation and want for the rush one gets in a good fight will make him that much more dangerous.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: None as yet.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: His sister as a negative, but you've got to actually know that about him first. This is a potential warning for his Wardens more than anything, or anyone that knows his canon (remember to ask first). If anything bad is said of her he won't argue with you. He won't warn you to watch your mouth. He'll just (try to) kill you.
